Our goal is to make the referral process as seamless as possible while ensuring patients receive exceptional, evidence-based treatment.
Our practice specializes exclusively in conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow, hand, wrist, peripheral nerves, brachial plexus, and upper extremity trauma. From routine conditions to highly complex reconstructive procedures, we work closely with referring providers to deliver thoughtful evaluations, comprehensive treatment recommendations, and prompt communication.
Refer a Patient
We welcome referrals from primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, emergency departments, urgent care providers, sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals.

Our goal is to provide timely consultation while keeping referring providers informed throughout the patient’s care. After evaluation, detailed consultation notes and treatment recommendations are shared promptly to support continuity of care.
Second Opinions
Patients and providers frequently seek second opinions when facing difficult treatment decisions or persistent symptoms. We provide independent evaluations for patients considering surgery, those with ongoing pain despite previous treatment, or individuals seeking additional expertise before making important medical decisions.
Every consultation includes a comprehensive review of prior records to help patients and referring physicians make informed decisions with confidence.
